I tried to unistall MSN Premium from the control panel and get an error 'not connected to the internet'. I also tried to uninstall using the ac.exe program, which caused the client to no longer work. I have downloaded an upgraded v13.1 set of drivers from HP but when I try to install, it just says the software is already installed. I cant uninstall either from Control Panel or from the Start Menu/Program Files both of which do nothing and if I start the download and try to uninstall from the 'Welcome Back to HP' screen, I get as far as restarting but it fails because the computer cant find a file called 'C4580.msi'. I don't see that file either on the computer nor can I see it on HP's website or elsewhere on the web to download. Funny thing is, my wife also uses the same networked C4580 printer from her XP driven Dell Mini 10V netbook and the HP Solution Center gives the same response as my laptop, although no changes have been made to the netbook software.
