Crusader, in its discretion, may provide for the repair or replacement of any defective part at Crusader’s facility. • Any owner/user hereby waives for himself/herself/itself and his/her/its successors and assigns (a) any and all claims for punitive damages, and (b) all claims of negligence or strict liability or both.
